Our Story

Once upon a time in a garage far, far away (well, not really, just on the other side of the hill in Kuilsriver, Cape Town) an ambitious young lady wanted to help a friend who had a struggling business. She thought to herself: "if only he had a website to display to potential customers, the awesome work that he does..." But money was tight and websites was expensive, so she learned how to code. She had no idea at the time that this little favor for a friend, would be the beginning of an epic adventure, one that would lead to what has become Scitech Media.

Meet Estrelieta Waldeck, owner and director of Scitech Media (Pty) Ltd. Our company name stems from working with Scientific Technology since 2010 when the first logo and website was designed. This made it easier for her friend to approach new clients. Since then, the once struggling business was able to add a variety of interesting new projects to their portfolio.

Estrelieta gained a world of business experience since she ventured into the world of an entrepreneur and has the ability to come up with great ideas. Her passion for everything she does, has been the backbone of our company’s success.
